Natural History Museum
In diverse international settings, Audrey has accumulated business and creative experience working for more than 30 years in the tourism and museums sectors, 20 of those in the Natural History Museum. Since 2005, she has managed Planning and Design Consulting, a department within the Public Engagement Group of the Museum, whose aim is to generate both revenue and brand profile for the Museum’s benefit while sharing best practice and creative solutions for diverse international clients. Reflecting the Museum's range of skills and experience as a major visitor attraction and centre of excellence for Science, Audrey and her dedicated team of 7 have delivered 20 external projects over the past 6 years with the support of Museum staff with special areas of expertise, as well as by building consortiums of bespoke specialty teams in a range of creative industries. Audrey also serves as a member of Public Engagement’s senior management team.
Outside the Museum, Audrey's work in the international marketplace bridges both the museum and leisure sectors. Audrey's professional affiliations are with ECSITE (European Network of Science Centers and Museums), ASTC (Association of Science and Technology Centers), AAM (American Assocation of Museums), and TEA (Themed Entertainment Association). She is currently the outgoing Chair of the Museum Committee of IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions).
